Santoshi Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (SIPER) is the premier Pharmacy Institute in the state of Odisha was established in the year 2015.It offers both Bachelor in Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy course with an aim to create technically qualified personal in pharmaceutical field to challenge the growing demand of health care profession & allied sectors. The Institution has been approved by Pharmacy council of India(PCI), New Delhi & affiliated toBijuPattanaik University of Technology(BPUT), Odisha state Board Pharmacy(OSBP), Govt. of Odisha.

    • Profile of Principal:

  • Dr. S. K. Bal, is a dynamic Administrator and Educationist, with over 19 years of work expertise in the field of Pharmacy education, Within which he had completed 12 years as an asst. Professor and Professor work at IGIPS, Bhubaneswar from 2004-2016. After which he has joined as a Principal in SIPER, Cuttack.
  • He has completed his B.Pharm degree from IPT, Salipur, Cuttack.
  • Then his M.Pharm degree from SJCPS, Naharakanta, Bhubaneswar.
  • Then Ph.D degree from Baharampur University, Baharampur.
  • And he is one of the active member of IPA, APTI.

    • Location:

    The Institute is located within the township of Choudwar, Cuttack and near Manguli Bus stop/ Manguli Railway station.

    Buses, Tata Magics & Auto Rickshaws are available from Cuttack & Bhubaneswar to Manguli at regular interval of time.

    A distance by road is around 12 Kms. from Cuttack and 30-35 Kms. from Bhubaneswar.

    Nearest Railway connectivity is Manguli Railway Station & Cuttack Railway Station.

    Nearest Airport connectivity is Bhubaneswar Airport.

    The Institute is very well communicated to NH-16 & NH-55 via Jagatpur, Manguli, Cuttack.
